Last year we donated similar packages that were auctioned off for hundreds of dollars each.

What is the 360PT 30 Day Challenge ?

As a 54 year old father of a 12 year old boy, husband, a highly in demand Personal Trainer and like many of you working very long days.
I’ve had to develop a diet and workout program over the years that could keep me in shape without be too demanding , who can risk injury ? efficient with my time and last but not least had to be sustainable.

I also felt as though my own clients were being undeserved. We train for an hour maybe 2 or 3 times a week but that's just not enough time to talk about all the things they could be doing the other 23 hours of the day to take their health to the next level . One hour of exercise is just not enough to work off sub optimal food, sleep and stress ,,,sure it helps but if we can tweak some of the other aspects in our life ,
we can get a synergistic effect and a much better ROI.

I don’t expect you to do everything perfect just do what you can but I do want you to at least try some some the concepts we will present to you. for at least a week , studies say It takes about 7 days to start to build a new habit if after that week you see no benefit then toss it and we can try something else !

“Its better to do a good program you can stick with than a perfect program you quit”

What I have done is taken aspects of some of the my favorite Diet & Exercise and life Coaching programs that I found most useful and rejected the rest.

 The Pareto principle (also known as the 80/20 rule, the law of the vital few, or the principle of factor sparsity) states that, for many events, roughly 80% of the effects come from 20% of the causes. ... Pareto developed both concepts in the context of the distribution of income and wealth among the population.

I will share some of these concepts and ideas with you as we progress along our journey of learning a 360 degree approach to wellness my hope is that you will take some of these tools and concepts with you long after our 30 day Challenge is over.
