Ingredients

2 scoops Vanilla or Chocolate Whey Protein
Add Unsweetened Chocolate powder ( optional) 
1 cup unsweetened Coconut milk
1/2 banana Frozen
Note: if you don't have a frozen Banana add 1 cup of Ice
 

Preparation

  1. Add all ingredients to blender, and blend until smooth.
