The Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond milk or Coconut Milk (could use chocolate almond or coconut milk )

  • 2 tablespoons almond butter.

  • 1/2 fresh or frozen medium banana.

  • 1 serving Vanilla  protein powder ( checkout my favorites)
      
  • Teaspoon of Organic pure Cacao powder ( check out my favorite)
