Strawberries are delicious and as far as fruit go very pretty low on the glycemic index its 40 on the Glycemic index (the lower the better ) where as water melon is 72.
- 1 or 2 scoops of Whey protein Isolate
- Frozen Strawberries ( if you don't have frozen strawberries add about 1 cup of ice)
- 1 1/2 cups of Coconut milk or Almond Milk
- Sweeten with Stevia to taste
- Put all ingredients in blender and enjoy !
