COCO COLLISION PROTEIN SHAKE

Protein powder shake with a delicious chocolate blast that’ll help you power through workouts.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 cup of coconut milk
  • 2 tbsp. of unsweetened Raw Cocoa Powder
  • 1 scoop of Whey Isolate protein powder
  • optional 1/3 cup of coconut yogurt


Optional Toppings:

  • 1 tbsp. of Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp. of chocolate chips

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Blend all ingredients together.

TROPICALLY FRESH GREEN PROTEIN SHAKE

Enjoy the delicious twist of bananas, pineapple, and coconut water in this spinach protein shake recipe!

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 scoops of whey protein Isolate powder✓
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1 cup frozen peaches
  • 1/2 cup coconut water
  • 1/2 cup frozen pineapple
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 2 cups fresh spinach or Greens powder
  • Optional 1 tbsp flax seed

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Blend all ingredients together.

Key Lime Protein shake

Key Lime Protein Shake

INGREDIENTS

2 scoops Protein Powder in vanilla
1 cup unsweetened almond or Coconut  milk
1/2  frozen banana
1 tablespoon key lime juice
Zest of one key lime
3 Drops liquid Stevia
1 /2 cup ice cubes
1 tablespoon nonfat plain Coconut or Almond yogurt
1-2  tablespoon 360PT Low Carb cereal

PREPARATION

  1. In a blender, mix protein powder, almond or Coconut milk, frozen banana, key lime juice, Stevia and ice until smooth. Top with a dollop of yogurt and 360 Low Carb Cereal.

Fruit Cocktail Protein Shake

You can use all your favorite fruit and blend them together or you can purchase Organic frozen mixed fruits in a bag at almost any grocery store now.

Recipe:

  • 1 or 2 scoops of Whey protein Isolate
  • Frozen mixed fruit  ( if you don't have frozen fruit add about 1 cup of ice)
  • 1 1/2 cups of Coconut milk or Almond Milk
  • Sweeten with Stevia or Agave syrup to taste

Instructions:

  • Put all ingredients in blender and enjoy !

The ORAC score of blueberries is an incredible 9,621, which makes it one of the highest antioxidant foods in the world. Consuming just one cup of blueberries provides the following nutrients:

  • Resveratrol
  • Gallic acid
  • Lutein
  • Zeaxanthin
  • Vitamin K (36 percent DV)
  • Vitamin C (25 percent DV)
  • Manganese (25 percent DV)
  • Fiber (17 percent DV)

Check this out : Strawberries are delicious and as far as fruit go very pretty low on the glycemic index its 40 on the Glycemic index (the lower the better ) where as water melon is 72.

  • Frozen Strawberries ( if you don't have frozen strawberries add about 1 cup of ice)
  • 1 1/2 cups of Coconut milk or Almond Milk
  • Sweeten with Stevia to taste
