  • Jack Knife
  • Wind Shield Wipers
  • Hamstring Curls

    Dynamic Stretch
  • Black Burns ( V,T,H,I)
  • Kosack Squats
  • Froggers

    Endurance: x 3 Sets / 45 sec on- 15 sec off

    Super Set # 1
  • Broad Jumps ( may sub w/ plyo squats) 
  • Wall Sit ( get into position and hold while pushing through heels)

    Super Set # 2
  • Mountain Climbers
  • Burpees

    Super Set # 3
  • Plate drag with battle rope ( sub w/rope climb if you have one)
  • Dumbbell Swings ( 8-15 lbs)
