  • Air Bikes 
  • Toe Touches
  • Side Leg Raises

DYNAMIC WARM UP: SETS: 1

  • Russian Baby Makers x 20
  • 3 Way upper body Band Stretches ( hold about 30 sec)

METCON : REPS:  30 sec per movement SETS: 4 sets each
Note: do all 4 sets of each exercise on Station 1 before moving onto Station 2 ect


Station 1

  • Toe Taps on low box or Jump Rope
  • Wind Sprints w/quick direction change


Station 2

  • Med Ball Slam
  • Kettle Bell Swings


Station 3

  • Shadow Box
  • Kick Bag

STRETCH/COOL DOWN:
10 Minutes static stretching and or working on and injuries or restrictions
