  • Russian twist w/db x 12 ( each side)

Part B

  • Glute Complex w/Band


Dynamic Warm up:

Endurance: x 5 Sets

  • 6 Pulls up ( or sub w/Pull downs)
  • Row x 30 Calories ( if you dont no problem have a rower sub with 50 x  SDHP)
